Client Accountant

Our client, a boutique Corporate Service Provider (CSP) within the financial services sector, is seeking a Client Accountant.

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients. Working within a small team, you will operate alongside Managers and Directors, gaining direct exposure to senior expertise in a highly supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, managing day-to-day accounting communications and building long-term working relationships.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks up to Trial Balance stage, including recording invoices, journal entries, and bank postings.
• Prepare and submit periodic VAT returns in line with local statutory regulations.
• Prepare monthly payroll
• Oversee monthly bank reconciliations and manage payment processing smoothly.
• Collaborate with the billing officer on administrative tasks, invoicing, and internal finance inquiries.
• Assist with specialized financial reporting, client queries, and tailor-made projects as required.

This role is also opened for reduced hours.
