Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Handling and overseeing financial reporting, controls, and operational aspects Handling month, quarter and year end close processes Maintaining balance sheets including liabilities and PSP balances Handling consolidated group reporting Leading all external audits Team Supervision: Supporting and leading the team Allocating work and supporting in deadlines Supporting in the training of team members Being the first point of contact for day to day issues Being the right hand of senior leadership Regulatory and Compliance: Handling financial aspects with regulators Handling and submitting financial reports Payments & Reconciliations: Overseeing PSP reconciliations and payment flows Handling bank reconciliations Monitoring company's liquidity positions Identifying all financial risks Controls: Designing and implementing financial controls Handling any improvements or automations needed Working closely with advisors with regards to gaming taxes and VAT
