Our client in the Industrial Services Industry is looking to recruit a Financial Controller to join their team. Main responsibilities : Oversee and manage the accounts department, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and accurate execution of daily accounting operations. Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and management accounts. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial reporting requirements, and internal policies and procedures. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the Group. Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making. Prepare and present timely, accurate financial reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Enhance internal controls, financial processes, and governance practices across the Group. Monitor cash flow, expenditure, and overall financial performance to support financial stability and business objectives. Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimisation, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
