# Financial Controller

A client of ours, specialsied within the Construction industry, is looking to onboard a Financial Controller to join their team. The designated person will be reporting to, and working closely with, the CFO and CEO, and responsibilities are as follow: Duties: Prepare management accounts for all Group companies within the Construction division, on a monthly basis. Oversee the forecasting for construction projects, and manage cash flow accordingly. Manage day-to-day transactions, such as postings, reconciliations, receivables and payables, bank payments, deposits, and internal data Track and allocate direct and indirect job costs to construction projects Prepare, update, manage, and analyse Work in Progress (WIP) for various construction projects, maintaining close communication with Managers and Quantity Surveyors. Manage fixed asset depreciation, and conduct stock taking. Prepare and submit regulatory returns, as required. Liaise with external auditors during the audit process. Manage and oversee relationships with banks, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders Compile various financial reports for both internal and external use.
