client operating within the Financial Service Sectors (CSP) are seeking to recruit an experience Lead Client Accountant to join their team.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nWill oversee the provision of a range of services including management accounting, payroll, VAT and tax compliance services to local and international clients whilst also acting as a trusted advisor, adding value to these services and clients. \nSupervising and monitoring the work prepared by the team to ensure established policies and procedures are always followed. \nUndertaking Accounting, VAT and Tax return reviews. \nSupervising and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting department. \nProviding excellent customer service ensuring clients receive prompt feedback to their requests and queries. \nEnsuring an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. \nKeeping abreast with local and international accounting and tax developments and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base. \nProviding an on the job learning experience sharing meaningful feedback in a timely manner. \nEstablishing and enforcing proper Accounting and Tax methodology, policies, and principles. \nAssisting the management team to identify inefficiencies in workflow, and implementing new processes and procedures to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. \nQualifications & Experience:\nA University degree in accounting or ACCA or ACA qualified.\nAt least 3 years’ experience in a client accounting role.\nCapable of managing a team, inspiring, mentoring and supervising team members to meet demanding deadlines and ability to work with a team and possess strong interpersonal skills.\nHave a strong knowledge of the IFRS and GAPSME reporting standards as well as the Income Tax Act and the
