Your main responsibilities will be to:\nAct as technical authority on material properties and processing, ensuring device quality, repeatability, and yield.\nTroubleshoot shop-floor yield drops and process instabilities through structured root-cause analysis.\nEvaluate and qualify incoming raw materials (substrates, adhesives, functional fluids) against strict thermal and bonding tolerances.\nEstablish in-process control limits, inspection criteria, and failure-analysis reporting protocols.\nSupport NPI and DFM activities by validating prototypes and evaluating production feasibility.\nImplement process improvements to optimize throughput, cycle times, and material handling.\nCreate standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and operator training modules.\nPlease note that this is an urgent vacancy with a short hiring timeline.
