supervised.\nMonitor personnel deployment to ensure maximum operational effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.\nMaintain high visibility across all sectors, focusing particularly on high-risk, high-traffic, and critical infrastructure areas.\nIdentify, escalate, and resolve operational issues promptly, ensuring seamless operational continuity during unexpected absences, disruptions, or emergency incidents.\nSupervision & Performance Standards\nSupervise and monitor the daily operational performance and leadership output of Security Supervisors and Senior Officers.\nAssess staff conduct against established operational standards, enforcing discipline, accountability, and a customer-focused service culture.\nEnsure Supervisors are actively managing their assigned zones and addressing staff shortcomings without delay.\nIdentify recurring performance gaps and implement targeted corrective action plans.\nInspections, Patrols & Operational Compliance\nConduct rigorous scheduled and unannounced site inspections across all locations.\nVerify that required patrols, rounds, and physical security checks are conducted accurately at the mandated frequencies.\nEnforce strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), site post instructions, and security protocols.\nPerform regular operational audits to identify security vulnerabilities, ensuring documented deficiencies are systematically corrected.\nIncident Management, Investigations & Emergency Response\nLead and coordinate objective, thorough, and timely investigations into security breaches, incidents, and operational concerns.\nGather evidence, review documentation, and prepare comprehensive incident reports with clear findings and preventative recommendations.\nCoordinate the real-time operational response to active security threats, emergencies, and specialized contingency scenarios (e.g., lift evacuations, lockdown protocols).\nOrganize and lead operational drills and training exercises to ensure all Supervisors and Officers understand their emergency roles.\nPhysical Security & Asset Protection\nOversee the physical protection of site assets, operational facilities, access-control points, and perimeter boundaries.\nIdentify structural or procedural security vulnerabilities and recommend practical measures to minimize risk exposure.\nMonitor compliance with visitor access policies, contractor protocols, and restricted area controls.\nReporting, Documentation & Stakeholder Management\nReview daily shift logs and security reports, ensuring reported matters are actively followed through to resolution rather than simply recorded.\nMonitor the quality and completeness of shift handover documentation and operational registers.\nLiaise closely with client security management and key site representatives regarding service requirements, operational updates, and feedback.\nRepresent the security department professionally during meetings, joint reviews, and operational
