of 3 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally within the catering, weddings, or events industry.\nA Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.\nProven ability to generate new business, prepare commercial proposals, and develop strong client relationships.\nThe confidence and capability to lead, motivate, and support a high-performing sales team.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, coupled with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.\nA highly commercial and results-focused approach, with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with wider teams.\nConfident user of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and event management software.\nFull fluency in both Maltese and English.\nA valid driving licence is
