end-to-end product security for our digital products and industrial solutions, from design through operation.\nGuide developers and architects in translating security risks and requirements into secure-by-design solutions.\nShape security standards and development practices aligned with CRA, IEC 62443 and ISO/IEC 27001.\nLead vulnerability management, security assessments and support Product Security Incident Response activities.\nDrive security reviews, testing and product certification activities with internal teams and external partners.\nAct as a trusted security advisor, challenging decisions where needed and continuously improving our security methods, tools and processes.\nWhat do we expect from you?\nSeveral years of professional experience in cybersecurity, product/application security or secure software development.\nA strong understanding of security risks and the ability to turn complex requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.\nExperience with security standards or regulatory frameworks such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).\nThe confidence to advise and influence developers, architects and product teams while balancing security, usability and business needs.\nA proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently on complex security topics.\nStrong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.\nNice to have\nExperience with industrial automation, machinery, OT or IoT environments.\nKnowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.\nExperience with vulnerability management, security assessments or penetration testing.\nExperience with product certification and compliance, particularly CRA or IEC 62443.\nExperience with DevSecOps, CI/CD security or security automation.\nRelevant cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CSSLP, IEC 62443 or equivalent practical
