Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building Kontakt.io ’s Engineering organization, owning the full recruiting lifecycle for high-impact technical hires.\nYou’ll partner closely with hiring managers and Engineering leaders to understand our technical needs, develop targeted recruiting strategies, identify and engage exceptional talent, and manage candidates from first outreach through offer and close.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for an experienced technical recruiter who genuinely understands the Software Engineering talent landscape, knows how to find and engage hard-to-reach candidates, and has successfully managed full-cycle recruiting within organizations with a highly selective technical hiring bar.\nWhile your primary focus will be Engineering, you’ll also have the opportunity to flex across the organization and occasionally support Commercial and G&A hiring as business needs evolve.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the end-to-end recruiting process for Engineering roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, negotiation, and close.\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers and Engineering leaders to define role requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and establish what exceptional talent looks like for each search.\n\nProactively identify, engage, and screen high-quality passive Engineering candidates and manage them throughout the full interview process.\n\nConduct thoughtful, credible candidate screens that assess experience, technical environment, career trajectory, motivations, and overall alignment with Kontakt.io.\n\nPartner with interviewers and hiring managers to calibrate on the technical bar, facilitate interview debriefs, and drive timely hiring decisions.\n\nOwn candidate communication throughout the process, ensuring a high-touch and highly organized experience from initial outreach through close.\n\nDevelop offer strategies and lead offer conversations and negotiations in partnership with hiring managers and leadership.\n\nBuild targeted talent maps and sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, technical communities, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.\n\nResearch companies and technical environments to identify engineers who align with Kontakt.io ’s technical bar, and craft personalized outreach that effectively communicates our mission and opportunity.\n\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and serve as a strategic recruiting partner, providing market insights, pipeline updates, and recommendations throughout each search.\n\nOccasionally flex beyond Engineering to support select Commercial and G&A searches as business needs require.\n\nMaintain organized candidate pipelines within our ATS and track key recruiting metrics, including response rates, pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance.\n\nContinuously evaluate recruiting strategies and use data and market feedback to improve search effectiveness.\n\nDeliver a strong, high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer and close.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n5-7 years of recruiting experience, with significant hands-on experience recruiting Software Engineering and technical talent.\n\nDemonstrated experience owning full-cycle technical recruiting, from hiring manager intake and sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, and close.\n\nProven success identifying, engaging, and closing highly sought-after passive Engineering candidates in competitive talent markets.\n\nExperience working within or recruiting for organizations known for a strong technical hiring bar and highly selective Engineering teams.\n\nStrong understanding of Engineering profiles and the ability to evaluate candidates based on technical environment, experience, scope, impact, and career trajectory.\n\nExperience recruiting across areas such as Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, Infrastructure/Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and other Engineering disciplines.\n\nStrong hiring manager partnership skills, with the ability to effectively manage searches, provide market intelligence, calibrate on talent, and influence hiring decisions.\n\nAbility to adapt recruiting strategies across different talent profiles, with the flexibility to occasionally support Commercial and G&A searches while maintaining a primary focus on Engineering.\n\nHands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and creative approaches to passive candidate identification.\n\nAbility to research and identify companies and Engineering organizations that produce high-caliber technical talent.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to run compelling, credible candidate conversations and create personalized outreach.\n\nHighly organized and comfortable independently managing multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously from kickoff through close.\n\nProactive, persistent, and creative approach to finding, engaging, and closing difficult-to-reach candidates.\n\nResults-driven mindset with a strong
