They will assist digital operations team members by coordinating activities required for the completion of cross-functional roadmap initiatives as well as routine continuous improvement website changes, including website accessibility. This individual will make content and SEO related updates directly within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. Additionally, this individual will actively participate in testing of new features and bug fixes.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport digital operations initiative leads in completing tasks required to finish projects within the specified time, budget, and scope.\nSupport product owners and business leads by performing website testing, including select UAT and E2E testing.\nCoordinate and implement content and SEO changes directly within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.\nCreate and/or compile documentation relevant to new website features and functionality.\nCoordinate the scheduling, agendas, and presentation content for regular digital operations meetings (quarterly planning, sprint share-outs, monthly initiative status, monthly team meetings).\nOwn sprint and release communication process.\nCoordinate activities required to ensure website meets accessibility standards.\nRequirements:\nExtremely detail-oriented\nHighly organized\nExcellent project management skills\nHigh technical acumen\nExceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with a mastery of English grammar\n2 years’ experience in a professional role requiring the coordination of numerous workstreams and adherence to tight deadlines\n4-year college degree\nPreferred: experience involving ecommerce, agile product management, or technical project management\nPreferred: knowledge of HTML, accessibility and/or SEO\nLeadership Competencies Expected for this Role:\nEmerging Leader\nGlobal Agility - Open to diverse views, adapts to new ways of working\nPurposeful Integrity - Demonstrates ethical behavior, follows through on commitments\nStrategic Foresight - Understands team goals, asks strategic questions\nCustomer Centric Innovation - Suggests improvements from customer feedback, tries new methods\nUrgency for Impact - Act quickly and take ownership of outcomes\nBold Accountability - Own your work and deliver consistently strong results\nEmpowered Collaboration - Share ideas, listens well, collaborates with peers\nWhy Kontoor Brands?\nAt Kontoor, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to fit your lifestyle.
