This role may oversee multiple departments and reports directly to the Plant Manager. The position also provides leadership and direction to a team of Production Supervisors.\nJob Requirements\n7-10 years of related professional experience in manufacturing or operations.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nFluent English (required).\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nEligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. visa.\nWillingness to relocate as business needs require.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of production personnel.\nMaintain targeted work-in-process (WIP) levels to meet production requirements.\nEnsure compliance with established quality standards.\nMaintain a safe and productive work environment.\nPromote and ensure good housekeeping practices throughout the facility.\nDevelop and lead a supervisory team capable of achieving and exceeding performance goals in production, training, and continuous improvement.\nFoster a highly productive workforce with low absenteeism and turnover while promoting employee engagement and morale.\nControl overhead costs and minimize downtime.\nPromote and ensure safe working conditions and safe work habits among associates.\nEnsure accurate payroll administration, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.\nExperience and Competencies\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.\nAbility to identify improvement opportunities and successfully drive change.\nAdvanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, AS400, and SAP.\nFlexibility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.\nProfessional attitude and strong teamwork orientation.\nWillingness to relocate based on business and organizational requirements.\nWhy Kontoor Brands?\nAt Kontoor, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to fit your lifestyle.
