We look forward to receiving applications regardless of gender, age, religion/ideology, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or national origin. \n\nYour tasks\n\nDefine and execute the product roadmap for the MCX portfolio, aligned with business strategy and customer needs \n\nTranslate customer, operational and regulatory requirements into product requirements and development priorities \n\nDrive product lifecycle management from concept through development, release, deployment and long-term maintenance. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies in FRMCS, 5G, IMS and mission-critical communications \n\nWork closely with R&D and system architects to define technical direction and ensure product competitiveness \n\nEnsure product compliance with applicable railway, telecom and cybersecurity requirements \n\nContribute to product positioning, value propositions and go-to-market activities \n\nSupport customer facing teams in customer workshops, technical discussions and strategic bid activities \n\nRepresent the company in relevant railway and mission-critical standardization and industry forums where appropriate \n\nYour qualification\n\nDegree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline \n\nSeveral years of experience in Product Management, System Engineering or Solution Architecture within mission-critical communications \n\nExperience in mission-critical communication systems \n\nStrong technical understanding of MCPTT, MCData, MCVideo, dispatching and the 3GPP Mission Critical Services ecosystem \n\nGood knowledge of IMS architecture, SIP signalling and IP networking \n\nExperience with railway communication systems, preferably GSM-R and/or FRMCS \n\nSolid understanding of 3GPP standards and in FRMCS (a plus) \n\nExperience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing complex technical products. \n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills \n\nOur offer\nAs a leading international company in the mission-critical networks industry, we offer exciting and varied roles in various fields of expertise.
