You will work closely with internal teams, clients and vendors to deliver efficient and reliable cooling solutions.\nKey ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Execution\nManage the full project lifecycle, including site surveys, planning, deployment, installation, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.\n\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, engineering drawings, progress reports, purchase requisitions, variation orders and testing records.\n\nMonitor project timelines, budgets, quality and compliance to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely progress updates and escalating project issues when necessary.\n\nEngineering & Technical Support\nDevelop technical proposals based on client requirements, incorporating system schematics, engineering drawings, performance calculations and technical specifications.\n\nConduct site surveys and provide engineering solutions that meet system efficiency, safety and regulatory requirements.\n\nPrepare tender submissions, Scope of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BOM), project costing and compliance documentation.\n\nProvide technical guidance, troubleshooting support and training to project coordinators and team members.\n\nClient, Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination\nLiaise with clients, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.\n\nEvaluate and qualify vendors based on technical specifications, quality, compliance and project requirements.\n\nConduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and client sessions at our testing laboratory.\n\nSupport Sales & Marketing activities, including exhibitions, technical presentations and product demonstrations.\n\nJob RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\n3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, construction project management or M&E works, preferably involving HVAC/ACMV systems.\n\nStrong engineering fundamentals in HVAC/ACMV, refrigerant cooling systems and thermodynamics.\n\nAbility to interpret and prepare engineering drawings, schematics, P&IDs and technical calculations.\n\nExperience in project planning, tender preparation, BOM, SOW, technical procurement and vendor evaluation.\n\nKnowledge of project scheduling, budget control, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.\n\nBasic understanding of industrial automation, DIO/AIO signals and communication protocols.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or CFD software is an added advantage.\n\nExperience in PLC programming and troubleshooting is an added advantage.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAble to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.\n\nWilling to travel overseas or outstation when required.\n\nWhy Join Us?At KoolLogix, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in innovative cooling technologies, participate in engineering projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.\nCandidates who may not fully meet all the requirements but demonstrate strong technical aptitude, learning ability and a willingness to develop new skills are encouraged to apply.\nInterested?
