Working closely with all members of the project team, and customers, this role brings innovative machine designs from concept through completion while balancing quality, cost, and timing.\nIf you enjoy designing unique machines, solving complex mechanical challenges, and seeing your designs come to life, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign custom automation equipment using 3D CAD software\n\nDevelop mechanical systems incorporating robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and other mechanical components\n\nAnalyze equipment requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs\n\nCollaborate with internal team and customers to optimize machine designs\n\nDevelop and conduct testing to validate equipment performance and functionality\n\nAdapt designs based on customer and project requirements\n\nTroubleshoot design and equipment challenges using creative problem-solving\n\nTake ownership of designs from initial concept through project completion\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for a creative, mechanically minded engineer who enjoys variety and takes ownership of delivering high-quality solutions.
