You’ll bring a thoughtful and structured approach to how we attract and assess talent, while owning delivery end-to-end and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout.\nYou’ll play an important role in maintaining a high hiring bar at Kooth - helping us bring in people who not only have the skills to succeed, but who align with our values and mission.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact:\nHiring & Business Partnership\nPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support effective hiring plans\nLead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across the UK/EU\nProvide guidance on role scope, candidate profiles, and market insights\nSupport alignment on “what good looks like” for each role\nBalance pace and quality to deliver strong hiring outcomes\nStructured & Fair Hiring\nDeliver a consistent, structured, and fair hiring process\nSupport interview planning, including scorecards and interview kits aligned to Kooth behaviours\nUse data and assessment tools to support objective decision-making\nContribute to improving how we assess talent and reduce bias\nCandidate Experience & Employer Brand\nDeliver a thoughtful, human, and engaging candidate experience\nAct as a brand ambassador-bringing Kooth’s mission and culture to life\nEnsure clear, timely communication with candidates at every stage\nSupport employer branding efforts in partnership with People and Marketing\n Data & Continuous Improvement\nTrack and use hiring data (pipeline health, time to hire, etc.) to inform your work\nContribute to hiring updates and reporting\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience\nSupport connection between hiring, onboarding, and early success\nProcess & Collaboration\nEnsure a smooth hiring process from attraction through offer\nPartner with People Ops and Hiring Managers to support onboarding\nContribute to internal mobility and promotion processes\nSupport the continued development of Kooth’s hiring practices\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nDemonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with the ability to independently manage the end-to-end hiring process\nExperience recruiting in a fast-paced or scaling environment\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers\nExcellent organisational skills, with a proactive approach to managing competing priorities\nExperience with structured interviewing or a willingness to learn\nA thoughtful, candidate-first approach to hiring\nPrevious recruitment experience in technology, digital health, mental health, or health tech environments is a plus\nStrong alignment with Kooth’s mission and values\nBenefits\nWhat You’ll Get:\nCompensation: The base salary for this role is up to £52k annually.
