The team oversees a diverse portfolio spanning brand and design, media and communications, thought leadership, digital marketing, events, sponsorships, memberships, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.\nReporting to the Associate Director, Marketing & Design, the Marketing Associate provides high quality administrative, operational, and project coordination support across the team. The role also takes ownership of the day-to-day management of the firm’s sponsorship, membership, and partnership portfolio, ensuring activities are delivered effectively and relationships are maintained to a high standard.\nWorking with a high degree of autonomy, the Marketing Associate manages a range of defined activities and projects, proactively identifies and responds to operational requirements, maintains effective communication with stakeholders, and escalates risks or decisions where appropriate.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and coordinate the firm's sponsorships, memberships and partnerships, ensuring commitments, benefits, renewals and stakeholder expectations are effectively delivered.\nAct as the primary liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring timely communication and follow-through.\nCoordinate the delivery of sponsorship and partnership benefits, including events, speaking opportunities, brand exposure, content contributions, training opportunities and hospitality.\nIdentify and promote opportunities for the business to maximise the value of sponsorship, membership and partnership investments.\nMonitor participation, engagement and return on investment, providing insights and recommendations to support renewal and investment decisions.\nCoordinate contracts, approvals, invoices and associated documentation in accordance with firm policies and processes.\nProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Marketing & Design team, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.\nMaintain team plans, marketing calendars, project trackers, contact databases and other key documentation to support effective team operations.\nCoordinate meetings, agendas, action items and follow-ups, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and accountable for agreed outcomes.\nDrive continuous improvement across marketing processes and workflows while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, improve efficiency and support successful project delivery.\n Experience coordinating sponsorships, memberships, partnerships, events or executive stakeholders will be highly regarded.\nA tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, commerce, business or a related field is useful but not essential where equivalent experience is demonstrated.\nStrong administrative experience gained in a corporate, professional services, executive support, marketing or similarly fast paced environment.\nDemonstrated project coordination or project management skills, including managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders at once.\nA practical, service oriented approach and a willingness to take ownership of detailed administrative work.\nExcellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence dealing with senior internal stakeholders and external partners.\nCommercial awareness and the ability to assess whether activity is delivering useful value.\nSound judgement, initiative and confidence to progress work independently while knowing when to seek direction.\nStrong capability across Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.\n Join KordaMentha - Build your future, shape ours\nWe don’t just hire talent; we invest in it - with support that accelerates your success in every way\nWhy join us?\nProfessional development: Expert mentorship, tailored training via KordaMentha Business School, study support, and our Accelerate program for Analysts to Associate Directors - build your brand, expand your network, and gain strategic insights from senior leaders\nFlexibility: We champion work/life integration with options that fit your lifestyle.\nCareer growth: Merit-based promotions, secondments, and opportunities to work alongside senior leaders on impactful projects.\nLeave that works for you: Buy extra leave and access volunteer, generous parental leave and career break options.\nCulture & connection: Social events, cultural celebrations, and our bi-ennial black-tie ball.\nFamily support: Flexible parental leave, return-to-work support.\nHealth & wellbeing: Inclusive wellness initiatives and confidential and industry leading EAP for you and your family.\nThis isn’t just a job - it’s a place where your ambitions are nurtured, your wellbeing is valued, and your contributions celebrated.
