You'll take ownership of project delivery, bringing together technical and operational teams to manage complex dependencies, coordinate activities and ensure changes are delivered safely, with minimal disruption to customers and services. \nWorking closely with network engineering, operations and senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering a successful network transformation while maintaining the reliability of our critical network infrastructure.\nKo tō mahi - What you will do\nYou'll lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex project, with responsibility for planning, coordination, governance and execution. \nKey responsibilities include: \nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, budgets, resources and dependencies.\nLead network transition and migration activities, coordinating technical readiness, cutovers, testing and operational handovers.\nWork across network engineering, asset management, provisioning, assurance and field operations to ensure coordinated delivery.\nManage project risks, issues and interdependencies, proactively resolving challenges to keep delivery on track.\nEnsure network changes are carefully planned and executed to maintain service continuity and minimise customer impact.\nEstablish clear project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.\nCoordinate internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders to deliver agreed project outcomes.\nNā tōu rourou - What you will bring\nWe're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who combines strong project delivery capability, strong commercial awareness, and a sound understanding of telecommunications and network operations. \nYou'll bring: \nSignificant project management experience, including delivery of large, complex telecommunications, network or infrastructure projects.\nStrong commercial awareness and experience delivering projects governed by contractual requirements with customers, suppliers and external partners\nProven experience managing network migrations, transitions, integrations or major infrastructure changes in live operational environments.\nA strong understanding of carrier or enterprise networks, including network operations, provisioning, monitoring and service assurance.\nExperience managing complex technical cutovers, dependencies, operational readiness and service continuity.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and influence senior stakeholders.\nStrong project governance, financial management, risk management and reporting capability.\nA recognised project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.\nYou'll be a practical, outcomes-focused project leader who can confidently navigate technical complexity, bring people together and drive delivery without losing sight of the detail.\n\nNōu te rourou -
