This is a highly technical, customer-facing role for engineers who enjoy solving ambiguous problems, working directly with enterprise stakeholders, and building solutions in complex environments. FDEs are the technical owners of enterprise deployments. They build integrations across legacy and modern systems, navigate security and compliance requirements, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn enterprise AI implementations end-to-end, from discovery and solution design to production deployment.\nBuild integrations across complex, legacy, and modern enterprise systems.\nDevelop and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and workflows within customer environments.\nWork with APIs, databases, CRMs, ERPs, communication platforms, and proprietary systems.\nNavigate customer-specific security, compliance, infrastructure, and data constraints.\nDiagnose and resolve production issues in environments with limited control or incomplete documentation.\nCollaborate directly with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior/C-suite leaders.\nUnderstand customer workflows and translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.\nPrioritise competing requirements and challenge requests when a better technical or product approach exists.\nIdentify recurring customer challenges and help turn successful solutions into reusable platform capabilities.\nOperate with high autonomy and take full ownership of technical outcomes.\nRequirements:\nStrong experience in software engineering, backend development, or technical implementation.\nExperience building and integrating production-grade systems and APIs.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software environments.\nExperience working with AI/ML, LLMs, AI agents, or automation is highly desirable.\nAbility to work with unfamiliar technologies and quickly understand complex technical environments.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguity.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work with both engineers and senior business stakeholders.\nStrong product intuition and an understanding of business requirements beyond the technical implementation.\nExperience working with enterprise security, compliance, and data requirements.\nA high degree of ownership, autonomy, and
