This role is responsible for maintaining customer and account information, processing documentation, researching account discrepancies, and supporting timely collection and resolution activities.\nThe Coordinator will work across internal systems and customer billing platforms to ensure information is accurate, documentation is complete, and billing and account requirements are addressed timely. This role works closely with customers, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other internal teams to support efficient account management and issue resolution.\nThis position reports to the Supervisor, Credit & Resolutions and is based out of our Corporate Office in Medina, OH\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnter, update, and maintain customer, billing, credit, and account information within company systems. \nAccess and maintain customer billing systems and portals, including entering required information, uploading documentation, and monitoring submission status. \nProcess customer billing requirements and ensure necessary documentation is submitted accurately and timely. \nReview account information and documentation for accuracy and completeness. \nMonitor accounts receivable activity and assist with routine account follow-up. \nResearch account discrepancies, including payments, credits, deductions, short payments, overpayments, and other billing-related issues. \nAssist with resolving misapplied payments and other routine account discrepancies. \nMaintain accurate account notes, documentation, and records of customer and internal communication. \nGather and organize supporting documentation for billing inquiries, disputes, collections, and account resolutions. \nCommunicate directly with customers regarding billing requirements, missing information, account documentation, and routine account questions. \nPartner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other internal teams to research and resolve customer account issues. \nPrepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation supporting Credit and Resolutions activities. \nEscalate complex account issues, disputes, or credit concerns to the appropriate team member or manager. \nPerform other duties as assigned.\nSkills & Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred. \nPrevious experience in an administrative, customer service, accounts receivable, billing, finance, or related role preferred. \nStrong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and maintaining account information. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up items. \nComfortable working with numbers, financial information, and detailed documentation. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams. \nAbility to research discrepancies, identify missing information, and follow established processes through resolution. \nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems. \nAbility to learn and navigate multiple internal systems and customer billing platforms. \nAbility to maintain confidentiality when working with customer and financial information. \nAbility to sit for extended periods and safely lift up to 20 pounds. \nKoroseal Total Rewards:??\nVacation time, personal time, and 11 paid holidays??
