It’s all about clean, effective plant-powered formulas that capture the beauty of Greece in harmony with nature.\nKORRES is looking for a talented Group Brand Manager to join its Global Marketing team.\nHe/she will actively participate in the strategic planning for the product categories of responsibility at a global level:\n New Product Development & Portfolio Management\nCoordinate the development and execution of the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline for assigned categories, from concept development through to launch.\nIdentify opportunities for innovation, growth and optimization the existing product portfolio\nMonitor category performance, consumer insights and market trends to strengthen brand equity and commercial success.\nCollaborate with R&D, Finance and Business Units to align product development, business objectives and launch timelines.\nMarketing & Communication Toolkits\nDevelop and deliver comprehensive marketing and communication toolkits to support category growth across international markets.\nCoordinate the creation of assets for digital campaigns, brand communication, merchandising and promotional activities.\nEnsure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all category assets.\nAnnual Marketing Action Plan\nEnsure that assigned category plans within the Global Annual Marketing Action Plan align with business objectives and market opportunities.\nPrepare and present category plans one year in advance to support alignment, budgeting and timely execution across markets.\nCoordinate product launches, campaigns and promotional activities, monitoring implementation and evaluating results.\nRequirements\nThe ideal candidate is a passionate marketer, a self-starter and a team player. A professional with creative thinking and a positive can-do attitude. An individual able to operate with significant autonomy, display accountability and adaptability in the context of a high-paced working environment.\nQualifications:\nPostgraduate degree in Marketing, Science, Economics, Communications or Business Administration.\nAt least five years of relevant marketing experience, with responsibility for brand or category management.
