You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.\nKey Responsibilities\nTake overall responsibility for the Strategic Sourcing \nAnalyze industry trends, best practices and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities \nDevelop and implement sourcing and supplier selection strategy domestically and internationally \nEvaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning using industry cost models \nResponsible for negotiations for best possible cost product/service guarantee and develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers \nResearch and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers \nImplement supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions \nMaintain and develop supplier relationships (trade shows, supplier meetings, conferences, etc.) \nDevelop a supplier management program with key suppliers of the specific category including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives \nEnsures compliance with procurement processes\nContinuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes throughout the operational organization \nAchieve the annual targets of Procurement function based on agreed KPIs (e.g. Savings) \nMaintain the data base platform (SAP) for the purchased materials and he/she is responsible for converting PRs into POs onto the company’s ERP system (SAP).\nEnsure stakeholder engagement for the specific categories\nSupport the Group Procurement Director to implement Procurement processes \nEnsure Procurement alignment \nRequirements\nBachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering \nMaster Degree in Logistics or other relevant area is preferable\nPrevious working experience as a Buyer for 5-7 years in multinational companies\nPrevious working experience in Indirect Goods & Services Procurement is preferable \nExperience in project management\nExperience in change management\nAbility to understand market dynamics and develop/adopt sourcing category strategy\nNegotiation skills\nSAP user\nGreat communication, interpersonal and networking skills with internal & external stakeholders \nFlexibility\nAnalytical thinking \nAbility to work under pressure and
