It’s all about clean, effective plant-powered formulas that capture the beauty of Greece in harmony with nature.\nKORRES is looking for a Receptionist to join our team with the following key responsibilities:\nManage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.\nWelcome visitors, coordinate their arrival and direct them to the appropriate colleagues or departments.\nHandle incoming calls, respond to general enquiries and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts.\nReceive, sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, and coordinate courier services.\nProvide administrative and secretarial support to the management team.\nAssist with scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and coordinating meeting arrangements.\nLiaise with internal departments to facilitate daily office activities and address administrative requests.\nMaintain organized records and filing systems, handling confidential information with discretion.
