AI control plane, and product suites.\nCross-Organizational Alignment: Drive alignment between product management, engineering, AI research, infrastructure, security, and go-to-market leadership on long-term roadmaps, resource planning, and key milestones.\nFrameworks and Operating Cadence: Standardize program management frameworks, architectural review processes, release trains, and delivery metrics (e. g., cycle time, release predictability, system reliability) across the engineering hub.\nRisk Management and Problem Solving: Proactively mitigate technical, resource, and timeline risks across teams, stepping into complex technical debates to drive clarity, decision-making, and alignment.\nExecutive Communication: Synthesize complex technical program statuses, trade-offs, and strategic risks into clear, actionable updates for executive leadership and key enterprise client partners.\nContinuous Scale and Velocity: Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the engineering organization, elevating overall team capability and program delivery speed.\n\nRequirements: \nTechnical Program Management: 8+ years of experience as a TPM leading complex, large-scale software, cloud-native platforms, or enterprise tech initiatives (preferably in product-first environments).\nDeep Technical Acumen: Strong foundational understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, microservices, and modern SDLC practices, enabling you to hold meaningful technical conversations with principal engineers and architects.\nAI/ML and Enterprise Scale: Hands-on program experience with enterprise AI/ML solutions, GenAI infrastructure, RAG systems, or high-throughput platform architectures.\nMulti-Team Coordination: Proven ability to manage multi-track dependencies across diverse engineering teams (backend, ML, platform, frontend, QA, and DevOps) without direct authority.\nStrategic Thinking and Communication: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder negotiation, and executive presentation skills with a track record of driving clarity out of ambiguity.\nGlobal Collaboration: Extensive experience working with globally distributed
