The role serves as the primary technical authority for SharePoint platforms, providing architectural leadership, ensuring operational excellence, driving modernization initiatives, and enabling secure and efficient collaboration solutions across the organization.\nThe position combines architecture, consulting, governance, development oversight, infrastructure expertise, and service ownership responsibilities to support business transformation and digital workplace initiatives.\nMain tasks, roles and responsibilities:\nAct as the responsible expert for Power Platform as a managed tool/service\nDevelop, support and maintain Power Platform solutions and connected services\nDrive SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives.\nDefine and maintain SharePoint architecture, governance standards, and technical roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategy.\nDesign scalable, secure, and high-performing collaboration solutions across SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms.\nDesign and oversee integrations between SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure services, SAP, and other enterprise applications.\nEnforce best practices related to information architecture, document management, security, compliance, and governance.\nProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance for SharePoint-related projects and enhancements.\nEvaluate, recommend, and integrate new tools and technologies into the SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration landscape.\nEvaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements to the collaboration and digital workplace ecosystem.\nDrive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, platform stability, and user experience.\nAct as Service Owner for one or more collaboration applications and services.\nSupport platform lifecycle management activities including upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, performance optimization, backup, and disaster recovery.\nProvide incident management, problem resolution, and service fulfillment activities for collaboration platforms.\nAct as the highest technical escalation point for complex SharePoint and integration-related issues. (low probability)\nCollaborate with infrastructure teams, security teams, solution architects, Microsoft, and external vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.\nPerform testing, technical documentation, and knowledge management activities.\nMentor and support team members by sharing technical knowledge, standards, and best practices.\nSpecial Tasks/ Key challenges:\nSupport the Microsoft 365 transformation roadmap.\nDrive migration and modernization of legacy SharePoint 2016 platforms and business processes (Nintex to Power Platform).\nEnable adoption of modern Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities across the organization.\nEnsure seamless integration of SharePoint with enterprise applications and cloud services.\nProvide architectural support for strategic collaboration and digital workplace initiatives.\nUniversity degree within IT or similar\n6 years or more of experience in MS-SharePoint\nStrong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate\nExpert knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server (2016/2019) architecture, administration, governance, and migration methodologies.\nDeep expertise in Nintex Workflows, Forms, and business process automation solutions. (optional)\nAdvanced PowerShell scripting skills for SharePoint administration, automation, migration, deployment, governance, monitoring, and operational management.\nExperience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, JavaScript and modern web technologies.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\nExperience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Services, Azure Functions and enterprise application interfaces.\nStrong understanding of authentication, authorization, identity management, and security best practices.\nSolid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, load balancing, DNS, SSL certificates, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.\nExperience with DevOps practices and application lifecycle management.\nStrong understanding of information architecture, document management, records management, compliance, and governance frameworks.\nProven ability to define technical standards, architecture roadmaps, governance models, and long-term platform strategies\nFluent English\nOther languages as per role requirement\nRequired Skills and Competencies:\nExperienced working in an international, virtual team.\nConfident in moderating meetings, workshops and trainings
