distributed fintech systems.\nLead 0-1 product development initiatives from concept to production.\nDesign and build highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.\nMentor senior engineers and drive engineering excellence.\nDefine and enforce design patterns, coding standards, and system design principles.\nWork closely with product and business stakeholders on solution design.\nEvaluate and drive adoption of new technologies and architectural patterns.\nEnsure systems are built for performance, reliability, security, and scale.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong experience in system design and architecture.\nDeep hands-on expertise in design patterns and clean architecture.\nStrong experience building distributed systems/microservices architecture.\nStrong coding expertise in one or more backend stacks (Java / Kotlin / Go / Node.js / Python preferred).\nExperience working on high-scale consumer-facing platforms (B2C preferred).\nStrong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS / GCP / Azure).\nExperience with event-driven architecture, messaging systems, and caching strategies.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile: \nExperience in product-based start-ups or product engineering organizations.\nStrong exposure to 0-1 or early-stage product building.\nPrior experience in fintech/digital banking/lending platforms is a plus.\nProven track record of solving complex engineering problems at scale.\nStrong ownership mindset with the ability to operate with high autonomy.\n\nEducation: \nBE / BTech from Tier 1 institutes preferred.\n(IIT / IIIT / NIT / BITS or equivalent
