This role is ideal for a product leader with a strong engineering/technical background who can work closely with engineering teams, understand complex technology ecosystems, and drive products from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of FinTech reward programs, loyalty platforms, customer engagement, or similar financial products.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and execution for technology-led products.\nWork closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, and other stakeholders to define and deliver scalable product solutions.\nTranslate business requirements and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.\nPartner with engineering teams to understand technical architecture, APIs, integrations, dependencies, and system limitations.\nDrive product development from discovery and requirement definition through development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.\nDefine product metrics, track performance, and use data-driven insights to improve product outcomes.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance customer experience, engagement, and business value.\nWork on FinTech reward/loyalty programs, customer rewards, incentives, or related digital banking capabilities.\nCollaborate with technical teams to design scalable and reliable solutions for high-volume digital products.\nManage product priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.\nWork with senior stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives.\nDrive continuous product improvement based on customer feedback, market trends, analytics, and business requirements.\nRequirements:\n9-12 years of overall experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Technology, or related roles.\nStrong engineering/technical background with the ability to engage deeply with technology teams.\nExperience building and managing technology-led digital products.\nStrong understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, application architecture, and software development lifecycle.\nExperience working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Business teams.\nPrior experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Digital Banking, Rewards, Loyalty, or Customer Engagement is highly desirable.\nGood understanding of FinTech reward programs/loyalty ecosystems and associated customer journeys.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to balance business requirements with technical feasibility and scalability.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.\nBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.\nGood to Have:\nExperience with digital banking or consumer-facing FinTech products.\nExperience working on rewards, loyalty, cashback, incentives, or customer engagement platforms.\nUnderstanding of microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.\nExperience working with data/analytics teams to define product metrics and dashboards.\nExperience managing products at scale with large customer/user
