Hienoa! Etsimme tällä hetkellä Oulun ja lähikuntien tiimeihin reippaita siistijöitä tuomaan iloa niin asiakkaidemme kuin työkavereidensa arkeen.
Millainen työ on kyseessä?
Siivoamme pääasiassa yksityishenkilöiden koteja eli työssä pääset tekemään konkreettista ja merkityksellistä työtä asiakkaidemme arjen helpottamiseksi. Suurimmalla osalla asiakkaistamme on säännöllinen siivouspalvelu, mutta teemme myös kertaluontoisia siivouksia, kuten muuttosiivouksia ja ikkunanpesuja.
Asiakaskohteita on tyypillisesti 2-3 päivässä, ja ne siivotaan parityönä. Asiakkaamme ovat todella mukavia, ja joissain kodeissa on myös lemmikkejä, siksi eläinystävällisyys on ehdottomasti plussaa!
Miksi meille kannattaa tulla töihin?
Parityöskentely tekee päivittäisistä askareista helpompaa, hauskempaa ja turvallisempaa. Työparisi saattaa olla englannin kielinen, joten toivomme, ettei kommunikointi englanniksi tuota ongelmia.
Illat ja viikonloput olet vapaalla! Työt hoidetaan alta pois lähes poikkeuksetta arkisin ja päiväsaikaan.
Arvostamme joustavuutta ja toivomme, että olet mahdollisuuksien mukaan käytettävissä myös lyhyellä varoitusajalla esimerkiksi sairauspoissaolojen sijaisuuksiin. Joulusesonki on meille kiireistä aikaa, joten arvostamme joustavaa käytettävyyttä erityisesti joulukuussa.
Voit työskennellä omien aikataulujesi mukaan ja ilmoittaa itse päivät jolloin olet käytettävissä. Työpäivät sijoittuvat pääosin maanantaista perjantaihin noin klo 7:00-18:00 välille, ilta- ja viikonlopputyötä emme pysty tarjoamaan. Työ alkaa sopimuksen mukaan mahdollisimman pian.
Et tarvitse aiempaa siivouskokemusta, mutta toivomme, että sinulla on jonkin verran kokemusta työelämästä Suomessa. Tärkeintä on kuitenkin innostunut asenne ja hyvä meininki. Perehdytämme sinut tehtäviin, ja toimistotiimimme tukee sinua aina tarvittaessa!
Asiakkaamme arvostavat laadukasta työtä. Arvioimme kohteiden siivoamiseen käytettävän ajan realistisesti, jotta sinulla on mahdollisuus onnistua työssäsi.
Ajokortti (manuaali) ja mahdollisuus oman auton käyttöön katsotaan eduksi, mutta ne eivät ole tehtävän ehdottomia edellytyksiä.

Great! We are currently looking for energetic cleaners to join our teams in Oulu and nearby areas to bring joy to both our customers’ and coworkers’ daily lives.
What kind of work is this?
We mainly clean private homes, so you’ll be doing concrete and meaningful work to make our customers’ everyday lives easier. Most of our customers have regular cleaning services, but we also do occasional cleanings, such as moving-out cleanings and window washing.
Typically, you will clean 2-3 locations per day, working in pairs. Our customers are very friendly, and some homes have pets, so being an animal lover is definitely a plus!
Why should you work with us?
Working in pairs makes daily tasks easier, more enjoyable, and safer. Your work partner may be English-speaking, so we hope that communicating in English will not be a problem for you.
Evenings and weekends off! Work is generally scheduled on weekdays during the day.
We value flexibility and hope that, where possible, you are available to work at short notice, for example to cover sick leave. The Christmas season is a busy time for us, so we especially appreciate flexibility and availability during December.
You can work according to your own schedule and let us know the days you are available. Most workdays fall between Monday and Friday, approximately from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are unable to offer evening or weekend job. The job starts as soon as possible, based on agreement.
No prior cleaning experience is needed, but we hope you have some experience working in Finland. The most important thing is a positive attitude and a great vibe. We will train you for the tasks, and our office team is always here to support you when needed!
Our customers value high-quality work, and we carefully allocate realistic cleaning times for each site to ensure you have the best opportunity to succeed.
A driving licence (manual) and the possibility to use your own car are considered an advantage, but are not essential requirements for the position.
