# Internal Auditor

Hi! We're KOTON - a Turkish fashion brand that's been setting trends around the world for 40 years. We're hiring for a key role of Internal auditor. What you will do: Perform financial, operational and compliance audits in Russia and international subsidiaries of Koton as per the Annual Audit Plan (Audits may include a wide range of topics including processes and departments at the Headquarters as well as stores and logistics centers), Review and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control environment, Monitor and coordinate the risk management processes, Perform periodic controls and checks on high risk areas, Undertake investigations, Prepare value-added and effective improvement proposals in response to the audit findings, Present audit activities on time with well-prepared reports, Prepare follow-up reports by checking whether the necessary actions have been taken regarding the audit results. We expect: Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields from a reputable university & certification of audit profession, Minimum 5 years experience in internal/external audit (Big 4 company experience is preferable),
