Come join our team today and help us deliver Separation Technologies for a Better Future™.\nThis role is not available for Sponorship now or in the future.\nResponsibilities\nTypical activities include:\nOwnership of the Customer Returns and Investigations Laboratory, RMA (Returned Material) room and Inspection room. Responsible for their safety, cleanliness, organization \nSupport Customer Care Program by owning Customer Returns and Investigations work. This includes organizing Investigation meetings, managing material that has been returned from customers, conducting some simple hands-on work and writing draft reports to summarize the investigations \nIn charge of the facilities calibrations in the campus. Including organizing equipment, scheduling with external vendor. Coordinating with internal Production and Maintenance and maintaining calibrations records. \nConduct First Article Inspections and Receiving Inspections, and issue internal reports and identify Nonconforming Materials. \nParticipate Internal Audits and occasional Supplier Audits \nSupport External Customer audits as needed \nReview test data as compared to specifications to determine if product is compliant and able to ship. Sign certificate of quality. \nOther tasks related to the Kovalus Quality management, that may be deemed necessary \nREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related Science disciplines\nMicrosoft Office at a basic level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);\nAble to lift up to 30 lbs.
