on a project using Python and FastAPI.\n\nWe need an engineer who can independently manage the entire backend development lifecycle — from understanding requirements and designing solutions to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\nRequirements\n\nCommercial experience with Python and FastAPI in production.\n\nHands-on experience with asyncio, Dependency Injection, and background tasks.\n\nStrong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including transactions, locking, indexes, and safe migrations.\n\nExperience implementing authentication and authorization using OAuth2/OIDC and JWT.\n\nUnderstanding of stateless services and backend architecture principles.\n\nProduction experience with AWS or Azure.\n\nDaily use of AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar.\n\nAbility to work autonomously, translate requirements into technical solutions, make engineering decisions, write tests, and deliver features to production.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with Redis.\n\nKnowledge of Hasura and GraphQL.\n\nImportant Details\n\nCandidates must be physically located in an EU country.\n\nFull-time availability is required.\n\nEnglish level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or
