By reducing losses, eliminating waste and sharing best practice, IWS empowers colleagues to take ownership, make decisions and drive better performance, helping us create more happy snacking moments every day.\nAs our IWS Deployment Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our Billingham site on its journey towards world-class manufacturing.\nReporting to the Operations Manager, you'll work closely with Pillar Leads, leaders and frontline colleagues to embed a culture of continuous improvement, ownership and operational excellence. You'll help teams identify opportunities, solve problems at their root cause and implement sustainable improvements that deliver lasting results.\nThis is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll spend time on the shop floor coaching and developing colleagues, building capability and challenging established ways of working.
