We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.\nAbout the role\nAs a Process Lead at KP Snacks, you’ll play a key role in driving manufacturing performance through data, problem-solving and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Line Lead and Maintenance Lead, you’ll be responsible for Daily Management System (DMS) processes, helping identify and eliminate losses while building capability across the production team.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing performance, improving processes and coaching others. You’ll use structured problem-solving techniques to identify opportunities, recommend solutions and support the delivery of operational excellence.
