We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.\nAbout the role\nAs a Line Lead at KP Snacks, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality production. Responsible for people, plant, product and process performance, you’ll lead a manufacturing team to achieve operational targets while creating a positive, engaged and high-performing culture.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive performance, solve problems, coach colleagues and continuously improve ways of working.
