\nStay informed of industry trends, best practices and regulatory developments in the payment sector and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements; and \nAssist in identifying areas for improvement in operating procedures, streamlining and standardization to drive operational excellence in channel sales operations. \nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or other related disciplines; \nAt least 3 years of working experience in project management, data analysis, sales operations related field; \nExperience in the payment industry is beneficial;\nProficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create professional presentations and reports;\nGood command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
