KPay secured a record USD55 million in 2024, marking the largest series A fundraise globally in the payments sector of the year.\nWe’re looking for a Revenue Operations Executive to accelerate how we grow-identifying opportunities, testing ideas quickly, and converting insights into scalable growth initiatives that move the business forward. You’ll work across the full merchant lifecycle - from acquisition and activation to engagement and retention - partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee and optimize the end-to-end merchant onboarding process to ensure seamless onboarding and handoffs.\nEnsure all account data is accurately captured, updated and maintained within the CRM system.\nConduct data validation, cleansing and analysis to support the development and rollout of sales incentive initiatives.\nTrack, analyze and report on sales performance and effectiveness of incentive programs to drive continuous improvement.\nPartner closely with sales leadership team to communicate incentive plans, updates and performance metrics.\nIdentify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies or process leaks.\nJob Requirements:\n2+ years of experience in sales operations or analytics-focused roles, ideally in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS environments.\nA hands-on problem solver who thrives in environments where processes are still being defined.\nStrong analytical mind and numerical skills with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
