This role suits a strategist who thrives in ambiguity, and excels at turning insights into actionable commercial plans.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and launch the end-to-end revenue strategy for a new market.\nCollaborate with Business Development, Product, Marketing, Operations teams and etc. to align revenue initiatives with business goals and operational readiness.\nAnalyze market trends, competitor moves, and customer behavior to identify untapped revenue opportunities and areas for optimization.\nBuild forecasting models, track KPIs, and report on revenue performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.\nTurn early-stage experimentation into repeatable, scalable processes and act as a thought partner on long-term revenue and growth strategy.\nJob Requirements:\n6+ years of experience in revenue strategy, growth, or operations management roles, preferably within fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth startups.\nProven track record of designing and executing revenue initiatives that directly contributed to business growth in a new or competitive market.\nStrong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and data visualization tools.
