documentation needs and provide training on document management systems.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\n1-3 years of Construction Admin Experience\nAssociate degree in Construction Administration\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nAbility to work effectively within a team and independently.\nPreferred:\nExperience with construction document management systems or software.\nFamiliarity with quality management processes.\nBasic understanding of project management principles.\nTechnical Skills and Relevant Technologies\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nExperience with document control software (e.g., Procore, SharePoint, e-Builder, CMiC, Aconex, ProjectSight) is a plus.\nUnderstanding of file management systems and best practices.\nSoft Skills and Cultural Fit\nStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.\nWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nThis position requires you to be in-person 5 days per
