We are looking for ambitious, detail oriented, and independent thinkers who are eager to practice construction and project management and who are motivated to provide exceptional client service.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nPerform Construction Project Management tasks including construction administration, contract document management, cost estimating and tracking, scheduling, daily report writing, and coordination of project teams including testing, and inspection resources.\nCoordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, architects, inspectors, testing agencies, and other parties to support successful project delivery.\nReview and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, schedules, meeting minutes, and other contract and project records.\nMonitor project progress, cost, schedule, and quality; identify risks and issues and work with the project team to develop and implement solutions.\nPerform site visits and field observations to document construction progress, verify work, identify potential issues, and support quality assurance and contract compliance.\nSupport project closeout activities including punch lists, final inspections, record documentation, and final acceptance.\nParticipate in client meetings, presentations, proposals, and other activities that support strong client relationships and business development.\nAttend project site visits. The expected range for a qualified candidate with 0-3 years of experience is $87,000-$105,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
