We work closely with leadership and technical staff to produce high-quality materials that support business development efforts.\n KPFF is seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role supports proposal and pursuit efforts and contributes to the development of marketing materials across the firm.\nThe Marketing Proposal Coordinator works closely with Principals, clients, engineers, and internal teams to prepare proposals, coordinate deadlines, and produce client-facing deliverables. All overtime hours are paid at a time-and-a-half hourly rate.\nPay Range\nThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the preparation of proposals, SOQs, and qualification packages. \nCoordinate deadlines, submission requirements, and deliverables.\nCollaborate with technical staff to gather and organize content.\nDraft and edit proposal narratives, project descriptions, and team resumes. \nFormat and assemble documents using KPFF and client templates. \nProduce polished, client-ready deliverables under deadline. \nCommunicate with clients and KPFF Principals to coordinate submission requirements and schedules. \nMaintain and update staff resumes and project sheets in Unanet. \nEnsure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all materials. \nWork closely with marketing team members, KPFF Leadership, engineers and project managers, and other internal teams. \nSupport team efforts to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. \nMinimum Requirements\n3+ years of marketing experience (AEC or professional services preferred) \nAssociate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field \nStrong proficiency in Adobe InDesign \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote) \nExperience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint \nGeneral proficiency working in a PC/Windows-based environment \nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a command of grammar and clarity \nAbility to manage multiple deadlines daily in a fast-paced environment \nAvailability to work standard business hours (Monday through Friday) \nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field \nExperience with Unanet or similar CRM systems \nFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator \nExperience with workload or task tracking systems \nWork Style and Expectations\nThis role requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability.\nTakes ownership of their work and consistently follows through on commitments. \nCommunicates clearly, directly, and proactively. \nIs able to manage responsibilities independently after an initial training period. \nIs comfortable working with busy leadership and coordinating across multiple priorities. \nMaintains a calm, thoughtful approach under pressure and tight deadlines. \nDemonstrates strong attention to detail and organization in all work.\nHumble and collaborative working style.\n Application Process\nPlease submit:\nA resume identifying all previous employment with explanations of any gaps in employment,\nYour most current transcripts for all college level coursework,\nA cover letter addressing the following two prompts at a minimum: What does your work ethic look like? - Give examples of your work ethic in action.\nDescribe a time when you were part of a team you felt worked well and why you felt it was successful.\n\nIf you are interested in this position, please click on the “Apply” button below.
