Tableau, Looker).\n\n- Modernize legacy reporting and dashboarding assets, ensuring performance, governance, and cost-efficiency in the target platform.\n\n- Build and maintain orchestration workflows using tools such as Airflow, dbt, ADF, or equivalent.\n\n- Implement data quality, lineage, and governance practices as part of modernization initiatives.\n\n- Collaborate with architects and client stakeholders to define migration roadmaps and target-state architectures.\n\nSales Enablement & Client-Facing Support : \n\n- Partner with the sales and pre-sales team to scope BI modernization opportunities, including effort estimation and solution design for proposals/RFPs.\n\n- Build and deliver technical demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase modernization outcomes to prospective clients.\n\n- Translate complex technical migration plans into clear, business-friendly narratives for client presentations.\n\n- Support the creation of case studies, technical collateral, and reusable accelerators that strengthen the firm's BI modernization pitch.\n\n- Participate in client workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state BI landscapes and identify modernization opportunities.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 59 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 23 years specifically on BI/data warehouse modernization projects.\n\n- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with at least one cloud data platform (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Redshift, or BigQuery).\n\n- Experience migrating legacy BI tools/reports (SSRS, Cognos,
