best practices for version control, monitoring, and performance tuning of AI models.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Databricks and related technologies.\n\n- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI and data engineering to continuously improve solutions.\n\nSkills and Tools Required :\n\n- Proficiency in Databricks and Apache Spark.\n\n- Strong background in RAG, Agentic Ops, machine learning algorithms and frameworks.\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\n\n- Knowledge of data engineering practices, including ETL processes and data warehousing.\n\n- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL.\n\n- Understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.\n\n- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical
