translate them into innovative technical solutions that enhance productivity and decision-making.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture, development, and customization of Power Platform applications, as well as a strong understanding of integration with other Microsoft services and third-party systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead the design and architecture of Power Platform solutions that align with business objectives.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Power Platform applications.\n\n- Develop and implement best practices for Power Platform development and deployment.\n\n- Mentor and provide guidance to team members on Power Platform capabilities and development techniques.\n\n- Ensure the security and compliance of Power Platform applications and data.\n\n- Manage integration with other systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow.\n\n- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.\n\nSkills and Tools Required :\n\n- Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.\n\n- Proficiency in data modeling, analytics, and visualization using Power BI.\n\n- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 services for integration purposes.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.\n\n- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or others applicable to Power Platform development.\n\n- Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance standards relevant to Power Platform solutions.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies
