The Site Supervisor must develop and maintain a trusted relationship with clients while also managing suppliers, third parties and direct reports. The Site Supervisor is also the main conduit of communication with KPI leadership and must provide frequent updates including daily reports and alerts. The incumbent ensures the site office operates smoothly and efficiently, receiving and directing visitors.\nDeliver exceptional client service while professionally representing KPI as the primary onsite point of contact. Collaborative and proactive liaison and co-ordination with customer site representative.\nEstablish and monitor compliance with health and safety practices while delivering the installation that results in zero incidents.\nOversee the work of sub-contractor site supervisors to ensure work completion meets expectations. Conduct regular updates/meetings (weekly at a minimum) to keep all parties informed and on track.\nSupervise and coordinate the mechanical and electrical installation, ensuring that the installation is in line with the project installation specifications, safety, and drawings.\nStrong commitment co-ordination and monitoring of safety in general. Hold regular safety meetings with all site personnel, including sub-contractors.\nIdentify problem areas and ensure timely resolution, working with KPI`s engineering team.\nWork closely with project manager to ensure project is delivering a quality solution as scoped and scheduled within budget.\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma preferred.\nTrade School training in mechanical trade such as Millwright a Plus.\nPreferably 5-8 years supervisory in material Handling, Robotics, Manufacturing or Packaging background preferably in high automation environments.\nExcellent organizational skills with emphasis on effective oral and written communication (business writing and proofreading skills required).\nStrong proficiency in MS Outlook/Software tools, HRIS tools and employee database.\nWorking knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, FedEx and UPS.\nMust possess the ability to work effectively as an individual and part of a collaborative team while working in a fast-paced environment. \nMust maintain sensitive information as confidential.\nStrong customer communication, & interpersonal skills.\nSpanish is a plus.\nSupervise associates assigned to the project 4-6 Team Members and sub-contractors.\nResponsible for ensuring all KPI and sub-contractors on client site adhere to KPI and customer’s safety and conduct rule.\nAbility to travel 80% of the time (typically a 10 day-on/4 day-off rotation with a goal to return home every other weekend)\nMay need to work after hours and/or on weekends to respond to client or project needs from time to time\nWork may require lifting and delivering packages, boxes and supplies on an intermittent basis, weighing up to 45 lbs.\nPosition is a remote work position requiring travel to various on-site
