solutions from Qlik Sense to Microsoft Power BI. \nDevelop Power BI datasets, dashboards, reports, and data models to support enterprise reporting requirements. \nConduct GitHub Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability. \nInvestigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot software and system defects in collaboration with feature engineering teams. \nParticipate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for software defects and infrastructure issues. \nContribute to solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical reviews. \nMonitor and maintain automation environments, cloud infrastructure, databases, and reporting platforms to ensure reliability and availability. \nImplement feature enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements across automation, backend, and analytics solutions.\nDeliverables:\nProduction-ready Python automation frameworks, scripts, utilities, and reusable software components delivered through source control repositories. \nScalable Python applications, automation frameworks, cloud services, APIs, and integration solutions supporting automation and reporting platforms. \nTechnical documentation including solution architecture, API documentation, user guides, and integration specifications. \nSecure, optimized, and well-maintained GCP environments including BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and supporting cloud infrastructure. \nReliable data pipelines and integrations supporting reporting, analytics, and operational processes. \nInteractive Qlik Sense dashboards and reports providing visibility into software quality, testing effectiveness, and operational performance. \nSuccessfully migrated Power BI dashboards, datasets, and reports with validated data accuracy and performance. \nStandardized reporting frameworks, data models, and dashboard governance processes. \nDetailed defect investigation reports, diagnostic logs, and technical analysis supporting issue resolution. \nRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and corrective action plans for major software, infrastructure, and data-related issues. \nCompleted peer reviews and code approvals following established coding standards and quality processes. \nRegular updates to engineering, automation, and analytics dashboards providing actionable insights to stakeholders. \nUser training materials and knowledge-transfer documentation for automation, reporting, and analytics platforms.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. \n5+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, backend development, data engineering, or related technical roles. \nStrong hands-on expertise in Python development, automation frameworks, scripting, backend services, microservices, and REST API development. \nExperience designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise automation solutions and reusable software components. \nMandatory hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, data integration technologies, and cloud-native application deployment. \nPython and GCP are the primary skills for this role. Candidates must demonstrate strong hands-on development experience in both areas. \nStrong database development, administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization experience across SQL and cloudbased databases. \nExperience designing and supporting data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting data models. \nExperience with Qlik Sense is desirable and will be considered an added advantage. \nExperience with Microsoft Power BI is desirable and will be considered an added advantage, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, report optimization, and data visualization best practices. \nExperience planning and executing BI migration initiatives, preferably Qlik Sense to Power BI. \nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. \nExperience with Git, GitHub, code reviews, and pull request approval processes. \nStrong debugging, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. \nExperience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions. \nAbility to analyze large datasets and generate meaningful business and engineering insights. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global cross-functional teams. \nExperience developing technical documentation, user guides, integration documentation, and support materials. \nExperience with Jira and other project tracking and defect management tools. \nExperience in automotive software development, connected vehicle technologies, OTA systems, software validation, or digital engineering environments is preferred.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nAlong with competitive pay, as a full-time KPIT employee, you are eligible for the following benefits:\nGeo Blue PPO and HSA plan.\nMetLife -
