You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Service, and Customer Success teams to improve fleet reliability, customer uptime, and overall operational performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor fleet connectivity and proactively identifynon-communicating telematics devices.\n\nInvestigate and resolve connectivity issues involving vehicles, telematics devices, cellular networks, and cloud platforms.\n\nPerform root cause analysis and drive connectivity incidents through resolution.\n\nTroubleshoot Telematics Control Units (TCUs), CAN Bus communications, cellular connectivity, and device-to-cloud communication issues.\n\nSupport customer onboarding activities, escalations, and connectivity-related operational processes.\n\nDevelop reports, dashboards, and connectivity health metrics using Excel and Power BI.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering, Product, Service, and Customer Success teams to improve fleet reliability and operational performance.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrior experience with connected vehicle, telematics, or fleet connectivity solutions\n\nAdvanced or fluent in English and Spanish.\n\nHands-on experience with connected vehicles, telematics solutions, or fleet connectivity platforms.\n\nExperience in automotive, commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, construction, mining, agriculture, or transportation industries.\n\nExperience troubleshooting Telematics Control Units (TCUs), connectivity incidents, and communication failures.\n\nStrong knowledge of CAN Bus, cellular communications, TCP/IP networking, and device-to-cloud connectivity.\n\nExperience performing root cause analysis and resolving technical issues end-to-end.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with telematics platforms.\n\nPower BI, SQL, Python, or automation experience.\n\nCustomer-facing experience in Technical Support, Customer Success, or Fleet Operations.\n\nKnowledge of embedded systems, ECUs, vehicle diagnostics, and connected vehicle technologies.\n\nWhat We Offer\nFully remote role based in Brazil\n\nCompetitive compensation package\n\nMedical and dental coverage\n\nCompetitive VR/VA package\n\nHome Office Support Allowance\n\nEmployee Referral Program\n\nExposure to international projects and multicultural teams\n\nAnd much more!\n\nAbout KPIT Brasil\nKPIT Brasilis a strategic pillar of KPIT's global engineering ecosystem, helping shape the future of mobility through innovation and technology.\nOur teams work on cutting-edgeprojects spanning electrification, connected vehicles, autonomous driving, and software-defined mobility.
