Procurement Specialist

Experience: 4-8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle for IT hardware procurement.
• Evaluate purchase requests and ensure timely procurement as per business requirements.
• Handle RFQs, vendor quotations, commercial comparisons, and negotiations.
• Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Administer contracts, purchase orders, and AMC renewals.
• Perform invoice reconciliation and coordinate with finance teams for payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and cost efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IT hardware procurement and sourcing.
• Hands-on knowledge of P2P processes, contract management, and vendor management.
• Experience in RFQ management, commercial evaluation, and negotiations.
• Good understanding of invoice reconciliation and procurement compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
