This role is heavily technical - expect to spend approximately 65% of your time discussing technical aspects.\nAgile Methodology: Champion and implement Agile methodologies to ensure iterative development and rapid delivery of value.\nQuality Focus: Drive a culture of quality throughout the program lifecycle through code reviews, testing oversight, and adherence to established standards.\n KPI Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.\nStakeholder Management: Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.\nCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and DevOps.\nContinuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the program management organization.\nQualifications:\nExperience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
