Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects on JIRA.Contribute to the development and enhancement of the automation testing framework to improve test efficiency and coverage. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent and automated testing of software changes. Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data. Analyze logs and data to determine the root cause of system failures. Reverify system-level defects on the bench and attempt to reproduce them in the upcoming releases. Participate in defect processing meetings to find the root cause of the failure. Document the defects and present them to top management at regular intervals to move the defects to the approved/deferred/rejected states. Participate in onsite and offshore team and status meetings.\nRequirements: Master’s or equivalent in Engineering (any), IT, or related, and 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a software designer, developer, tester, analyst, or related occupation in the automotive domain. Alternatively, we will accept a Bachelor’s in the above-stated fields plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the above-stated occupations. Position is based out of our HQ in Novi, MI 48375, and may be subject to relocation to various unanticipated work locations throughout the US.
