to ensure smooth employee transitions.\nProvide administrative support for daily HR operations (e.g. retrieving of medical certificates, applying for A1/posting certificates, monitoring sick leave and child sick leave cases, etc.).\nPrepare and issue employee-related documents (e.g. employment confirmation letters, vacation certificates, work certificates, etc.)\nManage and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.\nAssist with other HR projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.\n\nHR Business Partnering:Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure a seamless employee experience.\nSupport the planning and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.\nAssist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities.\nProvide operational support for performance management processes.\nAssist with other HR projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.\n\nRequirements:\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field at a recognized university in Germany.\nPrior work experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory.\nFluent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (minimum B2 level).\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nHigh interest in HR processes, administrative tasks, and data management.\nAbility to take ownership of projects and drive HR initiatives independently.\nStrong attention to detail with a structured and results-oriented approach to work.\nExcellent organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks effectively.\nStrong communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment.\nProactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced
